due to a Final Rule, entitled, "Brokers of Household Goods
Transportation by Motor Vehicle." It will be used by prospective
shippers to make informed decisions about contracts and services to
be ordered, executed, and settled within the interstate household
goods motor carrier industry.

This program change increase of
118,242 annual burden hours is due to information collection
requirements imposed in a final rule entitled "Brokers of Household
Goods Transportation by Motor Vehicle." This burden covers the
information collection requirements applicable to brokers arranging
for the transportation of household goods in interstate
commerce.
