This program change increase of 118,242 annual burden hours is due to information collection requirements imposed in a final rule entitled "Brokers of Household Goods Transportation by Motor Vehicle." This burden covers the information collection requirements applicable to brokers arranging for the transportation of household goods in interstate commerce.
