Abstract: Education claimants taking correspondence courses must be notified that the law allows them a 5 day period to reflect on their decision to enroll in a correspondence course and determine whether that course is suitable to their abilities and interests. This information collection allows VA to determine if the claimant has been informed of the 5 day reflection period required by law.
