Pursuant to 5 CFR 1320.11(c), OMB files this comment on this information collection request (ICR). In accordance with 5 CFR 1320, OMB is withholding approval at this time. Section 2(h) of the Commodity Exchange Act requires a derivatives clearing organization (DCO) that wishes to accept a swap for clearing to be eligible to clear the swap and to submit the swap to the Commission for a determination as to whether the swap is required to be cleared. This collection would be for Information the Commission would need to conduct its review.
