Abstract: In accordance with the Commodity Exchange Act, as amended by the Dodd-Frank Act, the proposed regulations would require swap dealers and major swap participants to develop a risk management program (including a business continually plan) and procedures for compliance with applicable position limits and to satisfy related reporting and recordkeeping requirements. The information collection would be used to ensure that registrants maintain adequate risk management and position limit procedures.
