Abstract: The CFTC must promulgate rules that mitigate certain conflicts of interest in the operation of derivatives clearing organization, designated contract markets, and swap execution facilities. These rules require these entities to submit various reports and information which will allow the Commission to oversee and assist the entities regulatory and governance arrangements.
