The Agency is requesting an increase in burden hours by 2,304 (from 2,640 hours to 4,944 hours) because the annual number of grants managed by the Agency increased from a three-year average of 55 to 103.
As outlined in OSHA Instruction Directive 02-00-003, the GQPR is required to be submitted in the Form 171 format. The instructions on FORM OMB No. 1218-0100 (Expires 10/31/2010) indicated this form may be used. Instructional wording on the form has been changed to match the OSHA Instruction Directive 02-00-003. This revision does not change the per response burden.
