This memorandum is to inform you that there are no proposed changes to data collection on the FISAP this year. It is being updated to reflect the correct reporting and application award year cycles and deadline dates as required each year.
Additionally, the instructions to the FISAP Form are being updated to provide clarification as well as the annual award year cycles and deadline dates corrections.
