This is a reinstatement of IC 2127-0597. The reinstatement creates a program change that adds 19040 burden hours to NHTSA's overall burden total. The burden hours derive from the average annual hours of each of the 56 expected seat belt survey reports submitted by the 50 States, 4 territories, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico.
