The 3420-0020 is completed by on-lending facilities for each downstream project. It allow OPIC to better assess the expected effects the proposed downstream projects have on the U.S. economy employment, environment and developments abroad.
This emergency extension is requested to give OPIC's Executive staff time to revew and approve or disapprove changes, also to post in the Federal Register.
