Beginning in 2011, DCS has been
modified to allow for additional data collection of program
elements on Energy Efficiency Initiatives and Renewable Energy,
which increased burden by 3 hours for the Distribution submission
and 1 hour for the Power Supply submission resulting in a program
increase of 2,069 hours. There is an adjustment of 5,283 hours
attributed to an error in the number of respondents for the annual
submission of Financial and Operating Report for Power Supply and
Financial and Operating Report for Distribution Borrowers from the
last reporting cycle.
