The National Center for HIV, Viral Hepatitis, STD and TB Prevention (NCHHSTP) proposes to revise data collection for the Outcome Evaluation of the CDC National Prevention Information Network (NPIN)to assess the NPIN website, products and services. NPIN serves as the U.S. reference, referral, and distribution services for information on HIV/AIDS, STD, TB and Viral Hepatitis. Products and services offered by the CDC website is the primary channel used by the CDC to provide information concerning prevention, treatment and care of HIV, STD, TB and viral Hepatitis to its prevention partners, stakeholders, and other constituents.

The reduction in respondents and burden hours is due to revised expectations based on experience over the past 3 years. Although it appears that several ICs have been deleted, there are still two ICs, but respondents that were previously separated are now combined. There have been minor changes to the survey forms.
