Schedule M-3A - Data Subscriber Projections and Service Tiers Instructions for Completing This Template 1. There are three (3) service offering sections: 1) IP Data Services; 2) Video Services; and 3) Voice Services. Complete each section to the extent such services are being offered. 2. Each service offering section has two (2) subsections: 1) Residential; and 2) Business. Complete each subsection even if the offerings are repeated within each subsection. 3. If you are reporting information for more than one service area, copy and complete the Offerings and Subs. Projections tab once per service area listed in the application. 4.
