CDC requests OMB approval to collect standardized information, called Traditional Foods Shared Data Elements (SDE), from grantees over a 3 year period. Information will be collected electronically twice per year. Respondents will be Tribes and Tribal organizations that are implementing culturally appropriate programs to promote health and prevent Type 2 diabetes.
