OSHA is requesting an
adjustment decrease in the number of burden hours from 70,355 hours
to 68,762 hours for a total decrease of 1,573 hours. This
adjustment decrease is primarily a result of a decline in the
number of grain elevators and mills. Additionally, there was a
typographical error in the number of burden hours in the previous
ICR; the burden hours should have read 70,335 hours rather than
70,355 hours (which added an extra 20 burden hours). Therefore, for
purposes of this ICR, the Agency is requesting an adjustment
decrease in the number of burden hours from 70,355 hours to 68,762
hours for a total decrease of 1,593 hours.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
