PURPOSE:
In FY 2014, ETA, Measures:
Webinar Reaction-Satisfaction: End-of-webinar survey responses.
Decision to adopt/implement: 30-45-day post-webinar survey responses for priority webinars.
DESCRIPTION OF RESPONDENTS:
Participants in selected ETA webinars hosted on ETA’s Workforce3One.org technical assistance platform will be asked for feedback related to a webinar they participated in.

FEDERAL COST: Total annualized staff costs for analyzing the survey responses are estimated at $44.88 per hour times 20 hours or $900. ETA derives the wage figure from the current GS schedule for a GS-13, Step 5 employee from the Rest of the U.S. pay schedule (https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/pay-leave/salaries-wages/salary-tables/pdf/2014/RUS_h.pdf).

Because webinar participants must register to attend, we have a readily accessible list of potential survey respondents. We plan to survey for certain categories of webinars, and when we do we will send the survey to all registered participants.
