Airports seeking approval to allow
arriving and departing flights from Cuba, the port authority,
director of airport operations, or the air carrier must send a
written request to the CBP port director requesting permission, and
providing the anticipated frequency of flights, times and days of
flights, and type of aircraft.

The burden hours increased due
to a revised estimate of the number of respondents from 16 to 30.
However, this number is just an estimate. CBP has received 10
applications so far, but it is difficult to predict how many
additional applications we will receive.
