Recently you were mailed a 2011 Certified Organic Production Survey with a due date of December 20. However, our records indicate that we have not received your completed form. If you recently returned it, thank you for taking the time to provide this important information.

If you have not yet responded, please take this opportunity to share your voice and help ensure the continued growth and sustainability of organic farming in the United States.
