Short Statement: OSHA removed the requirement that employers transfer employee exposure-monitoring records and medical records to the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, specified in paragraph §1910.1018(q)(4)(ii) and (iii), under the Standards Improvement Project-Phase III final rule. As a result of this rulemaking, the Agency requests a program change reduction of 1 hour.
