This information collection will collect pre-wave and post-wave data to help make changes to the Food Safety Education campaign, if necessary, and to determine if the campaign is resulting in a move among consumers toward greater awareness of safe food behaviors.
FSIS is requesting an emergency approval because of time constraints in developing this information collection and the need for rapid approval in order that the prewave test begin before the campaign kickoff in early July.
