This information collection will
collect pre-wave and post-wave data to help make changes to the
Food Safety Education campaign, if necessary, and to determine if
the campaign is resulting in a move among consumers toward greater
awareness of safe food behaviors.
FSIS is requesting an
emergency approval because of time constraints in developing this
information collection and the need for rapid approval in order
that the prewave test begin before the campaign kickoff in early
July.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
