This is a request for minor changes to
questions in the NSFG. NCHS conducts The National Survey of Family
Growth (NSFG) as a nationally-representative sample survey by
personal interview among a sample of approximately 5,000 men and
women annually. The information is used by NCHS, the NICHD, the
Office of Population Affairs, OASPE, the Children's Bureau, the CDC
HIV Prevention Program, and the CDC Division of Reproductive
Health.
