The privacy training is necessary to establish the standard for appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personally identifiable information. The information requested is limited to that required to assure compliance with the Privacy Act of 1974 (5 U.S.C. 552a) and applicable authorities. The information will be used to establish that all applicable contractor and subcontractor employees comply with the training requirements.
