The Readiness and Emergency Management for Schools (REMS) Technical Assistance (TA) Center provides information and support to schools, LEAs, Institutions of Higher Education, and other personnel in the field of school emergency management. We would appreciate you taking a few moments to complete a short questionnaire on your experiences completing the online courses and webinars offered by the REMS TA Center.


According to the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, no persons are required to respond to a collection of information unless such collection displays a valid OMB control number.
