School Turnaround CoP Working Groups
The Performance Management Work Group provides States with an opportunity to work together and with RSN facilitators to build strong performance management systems over the course of the 2013-2014 school year to continuously assess and improve school turnaround strategies. States completed a self-assessment of State education agency (SEA) performance management practices related to school turnaround initiatives in order to prioritize areas for improvement and participated in a convening of State teams in September 2013 to establish action plans for continued State work with RSN facilitators to develop capacity around State-identified priorities.
