Adjustments above decreased the burden amount by 38,755 hours, and decreased the number of responses by 922. Also, adjustments above increased the burden by 12 hours and increased the number of responses by 32,849. Overall, burden hours decreased by 38,743 hours, and total responses increased by 31,927 responses. [Note: In the previous submission, there was a mathematical mistake in tabulating the number of responses. The number of responses was incorrectly listed as 246,300 instead of the correct 246,310.]
