In terms of a
deadline for information submission, the CG cannot specify the time
frame in which it would have "enough time" to coordinate, because
all actions are unique to the situation, waterway and bridge. Per
33 CFR 117.35(c)(3), requests should be submitted as early as
possible, preferably 90 days before the start of the action.
