Introduction

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Office of Safety Intersection Safety Program is interested in assessing the satisfaction of its
stakeholders with the intersection safety resources that it provides. The Intersection Safety Program would also like to collect feedback on
intersection safety support needs among State and local agencies that are not being met.

This survey, as well as a similar survey of FHWA Division Office safety specialists, will provide the FHWA Office of Safety with valuable feedback
about its intersection safety support activities. It will also highlight the needs of FHWA Division Offices and State DOTs for additional products and
services in support of improving intersection safety.

We would appreciate your candid response to the questions in this survey. However, please note that the results of this survey are not anonymous or
confidential and raw results may be shared with FHWA Office of Safety staff. Raw results will not be shared outside of the FHWA Office of Safety.

For additional information about this evaluation, please contact Melonie Barrington ([email protected]). If you have questions about
the FHWA Intersections Safety Program, please contact Jeff Shaw ([email protected]). If you have any technical trouble with the survey,
please contact David Perlman ([email protected]).
