Your response is essential to ensure that this data collection will provide an accurate picture of STD prevention activities in public health. We know you have many demands on your time and thank you for your time and effort. From the first page of the data collection, you can access a printable copy of the data collection questions. Some questions ask for staff and budget levels and recent changes.
