Re: OMB clearance for The EHCY Program National Evaluation Data Collection #1875-NEW (4745)
I am sending a revised OMB clearance package back to you for re-submittal to OMB. This is the 1875-NEW package that was withdrawn – and revised with Allison Cole’s input – as OMB had suggested. (NOTE: the previous package was 1875-NEW tracking 4559.) The only major change in this package is that we eliminated the non-grantee district comparison group. The number of respondents is correspondingly reduced from 802 to 563. The length of the district survey was reduced as well from 35 minutes to 30 minutes. The annual estimated hour burden for the entire study has been reduced from 151 hours to 97 hours.
Since the only changes to the study have reduced the number of respondents and burden hours we believe that the package should not be subjected to additional public comment periods.
