Part I: SGIP Voting Requirements
The SGIP would like to get input from its membership regarding its voting
processes and procedures, and to identify any issues related to voting. Please
take a few moments to complete the following survey. Space has been
provided for you to provide comments beyond simply answering the survey
questions.

The SGIP maintains two levels of membership – Observing and
Participating. How is your organization classified?
