Abstract: Currently, the Office on Violence Against Women administers 2 formula grant programs and 19 discretionary grant programs. OVW developed a solicitation template so that OVW would ask for information from prospective applicants in a consistent manner no matter which grant program was the subject of an application and to ease the burden on applicants who are submitting applications to different grant programs.
