The Commission estimates that on average approximately thirteen respondents file Form N-6F notifications each year. The Commission further estimates that this information collection imposes a burden of 0.5 hours which results in a total annual PRA burden of 6.5 hours, representing an increase of 3.5 hours per year. The increase in time burden for Form N 6F is attributable to an increase in the number of estimated respondents per year from six to thirteen since the Commission's previous estimate. There is no change in estimated cost burden for outside professionals associated with the collection of data relating to Form N-6F, because the Commission estimates these costs to be minimal.
