The Commission's estimates have significantly increased (program change) for this revised IC. The number of respondents increase from 630 to 3,140 respondents and responses increased from 1,210 to 10,190. Therefore the total annual burden hours increased by 209,400 hours. This is due to additional reporting requirements imposed by the revised Commission rules. The costs increased due to an increase in the number of responses pursuant to the revision of the rules.
