The GSA Form 3040 is completed by each
State Agency for Surplus Property to report the categories for
which donated property is distributed. The form provides GSA with
essential management information and is the source for a report to
Congress assessing the distribution of surplus property to various
eligible donnes.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies

1320.8(b)(3).
