The Privacy Act of 1974 and the regulation in 43 CFR 2.48(d) provide that you be furnished the following information:

AUTHORITY: Federal Land Policy and Management Act (43 U.S.C. 1701, et seq.).

PRINCIPAL PURPOSE: The information is to be used gauge customer satisfaction regarding the delivery, quality, and value of the products, information and services provided by BLM personnel, contractors and partners in the Creeks and Communities Strategy.

ROUTINE USES: DOI will use the comments provided to identify opportunities for Strategy improvement.

EFFECT OF NOT PROVIDING INFORMATION: None.



The Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 requires us to inform you that:

BLM collects this information to properly implement the Creeks and Communities Strategy.

Information will be used to determine opportunities for improvement.

Response to this request is voluntary, and there is no effect for not providing the information.

BLM would like you to know that you do not have to respond to this or any other Federal agency-sponsored information collection unless it displays a currently valid OMB control number.



BURDEN HOURS STATEMENT: Public reporting burden for this interview is estimated to average 1 hour per response, including the time for reviewing instructions, gathering and maintaining data, and completing and reviewing the interview.
