This information collection is
necessary to verify that importers who claim preferential tariff
treatment in accordance with the U.S.-Central American Free Trade
Agreement, are entitled to such treatment. This preferential tariff
treatment can be applied retroactively to some textile or apparel
goods.

time per response was increased from 24 minutes to 2 hours based on
public comments that CBP received. The burden hours were adjusted
