Abstract: In response to Interim directive id_2709.11-2012-2 issued on March 6, 2012, Forest Service wishes to revise clause XII.F. Water Facilities and Water Rights in form FS-2700-5b(V. 3/2012). The sky area water rights clause in form FS-2700-5b needs to be consistent with the new directive. The subject matter is in litigation.
