Please answer the following questions to determine if your landing location may be
eligible for review by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA)’s
National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), Office for Law Enforcement. Law
enforcement must be able to access landing locations by both land and water at all times.
Be aware that if a landing location is approved, anyone participating in the Individual
Fishing Quota Program may use that location.
