7712 Name of Law: Plant Protection Act
There is a program change of
+5,593 annual responses, and +2,797 burden hours, but the number of
respondents, 25,755, will remain the same. The increase in annual
responses and burden hours are due to the addition of PPQ form 525A
which was initially in the 2007 submission but removed from the
2010 submission because of a pilot study that was conducted to test
the continued need for the form. The results of the study
determined that the form should still be used and is being added to
this collection.
