Short Statement: NIST MEP estimate that the new information collection elements will result in an additional 10 burden hours per quarter for each respondent. Program change increase = 1,500 hours. The adjustment increase occurred when the quarterly reports IC and the annual reports IC were created as separate ICs. This resulted in an increase of 241 responses – 181 (quarterly) and 60 (annually); and the increase in hours (1,020) is due to the addition of 3,600 for annual reports minus -2,580 quarterly reports adjustment. The List of Changes/Requirements is a Supplementary Document in ROCIS. Total program change = 1,500 burden hours Total adjustments = 241 responses and 1,020 net burden hours
