10. Abstract:

The proposed customer satisfaction survey will evaluate user satisfaction with the content, layout, navigation and usefulness of the Department’s primary website, www.hud.gov. The survey will be administered on a voluntary basis to visitors to the site and will provide quantitative information on website satisfaction and usefulness, insight and direction regarding products or services needed by users of the website, and usability data that will be analyzed and incorporated into planned redesign.

On behalf of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9.
