To provide the most accurate June forecast, this office is asking the cooperation of citrus processors. We would appreciate your reporting the number of boxes of fruit received by your plant or company and the estimated number of boxes remaining. We do not expect any special effort on your part other than using information already available to management concerning fruit supply prospects for your firm.

Please return this questionnaire by June 1, so the information can be summarized for use in the next crop forecast which will be released Wednesday, June 10, at 8:30 A.M. Reports of individual firms are kept confidential. Response to this survey is voluntary and not required by law, but your cooperation is very important in making the survey results useful. If you have any questions, please call 1-800-344-6277. You may FAX your report if you wish to 407-648-6029.

Please make corrections to name, address and Zip Code, if necessary.
