NASS is submitting this non-substantive change request for the Papaya surveys conducted in Hawaii. Currently we have OMB approval for a monthly price survey and a seasonal acreage survey. Due to budget cuts in Hawaii, the State funded questionnaires are being removed. This includes some of the detailed price questions and the frequency at which the two surveys were being conducted. The two questionnaires will now be combined into one questionnaire and conducted once a year. The reduction in frequency is offset by the increase in sample size, so the estimated total respondent burden hours, remains the same.
