order for the USCIS to determine if it has jurisdiction over an
individual applying for this release as well as to elicit
information regarding the eligibility of an individual applying for

There has been a decrease in
the burden hours previously reported for this information
collection. The burden hours have decreased by 584,736 hours. USCIS
previously reported 660,000 burden hours while it is now reporting
a combined USCIS and EOIR total of 75,987. This change is due to a
decrease in the number of respondents from 55,000 to 6,272.
