The Employment and Training Administration (ETA)manages the Trade Adjustment Assistance Community College and Career Training (TAACCCT) grant program. and this ICR entails reports and data from the grantees. Grantees submit Quarterly Progress Reports with a narrative summary linked to their Statements of Work. Every fourth quarter, grantees submit an Annual Performance Report with standardized outcome measures that include aggregate data for program participants and, for Round One grantees, a comparison cohort of participants for outcome measures. These reports help ETA gauge the effects of the TAACCCT grants, identify grantee projects that could serve as useful models, and target technical assistance needs. Round Two grants are now being awarded; in this round cohorts will not be used and fewer questions will be asked.
