Short Statement: The increase is due to the addition of four new data elements to the HUD Form 11706. New Data elements are as follows: First-time Homebuyer Indicator, Third-Party Origination Type, Upfront MIP Rate and Annual MIP Rate. The increase in the Annual Time Burden was result of a review of the Approximate time it takes to complete our forms (8 forms had their time adjusted). The Data Verification Form has also been removed from our Attachment A (this information is no longer being collected semiannually.
