Abstract: The information collected will be used to assess the qualifications and abilities of accreditation organizations to become the ONC-AA under the permanent certification program. The application process will be used to assess the qualifications and abilities of applicants for ONC-ACB status under the permanent certification program. ONC will use the contact information provided for an applicant's authorized representative to communicate and correspond with the applicant about the application. ONC will continue to use the authorized representative's contact information to communicate and correspond with the applicant if the applicant becomes an ONC-ACB
