Abstract: The National Manufactured Home Construction and safety Standards Act, 42 U.S.C. authorizes HUD to promulgate and enforce reporting standards for the production of manufactured housing. HUD uses these information collections to calculate and collect monitoring inspection fees for manufactured housing.

There has been no program, processing, or administrative change since the previous OMB collection approval. However, this reduction has resulted in a decrease in the number of responses and burden hours reported.
