Abstract: This information collection is to collect weekly sales information of dairy products such as cheddar cheese, butter, nonfat dry milk and dry whey. The sales information reported are used by USDA to calculate minimum prices for raw milk marketed through the Federal milk marketing order system. This collection will require manufacturers to submit information only by electronic means specified by AMS.
