The burden has decreased by 1,690 hours. The decrease is solely the result of adjustments, which are listed in the table included in the answer to question number 15 of the Supporting Justification. Total adjustments shown in the table decreased the burden by 1,690 hours and increased responses by 475. The current OMB inventory displays a total burden of 10,748 hours, while the present submission exhibits a burden total of 9,058 hours. Hence, there is an decrease in burden of 1,690 hours. There is no change in burden costs to respondents.
