Abstract: Information will be used as a basis for the Commission's examination and adjudication of claims made pursuant to the Claims Settlement Agreement between the Government of the United States and the Government of the Republic of Iraq dated September 2, 2010 and the November 14, 2012, referral to the Commission, made by the Department of State pursuant to 22 U.S.C. 1621 et seq., of certain claims of U.S. nationals against the Government of Iraq.
